Age requirement

Students must be 14 or older to take classes with us.

Payment method

You can pay for lessons with cryptocurrencies (USDT), by Paypal or by bank transfer (we accept USD (only ACH), EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, NZD, HUF, SGD and TRY). If you use Paypal, you can transfer money from your Paypal balance or pay by credit or debit card (the latter option is available in some countries). If you do not have a Paypal account, here is a clear video explaining how to sign up and link your cards to your account (the video is for people in the US, but the system is very similar in other countries):

Please remember that Paypal does not accept certain cards such as Visa Electron, Mastercard Maestro or those which say “Electronic Use Only.”

After the free session, we will send you an invoice with the amount you have to pay for the lessons. If you use Paypal, we’re going to send you an invoice on that platform. Here is a short video about invoices on Paypal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2iDSwsm8fg

Depending on where you live, you might have the option to pay the invoice without creating a Paypal account.

Please remember that after the free session, full payment must be received before the next lesson.

Cancellation policy/refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have booked an individual lesson or bought one package, you can reschedule a class if you contact the teacher at least 24 hours before the class. If not, the lesson cannot be made up.

If you have joined a group (or a two-to-one course) and you are absent, you can neither reschedule nor ask for a refund.

REFUNDS

Regarding private lessons and two-to-one courses, if you buy a package (or a single lesson) and decide not to start taking classes, you can ask for a 100% refund, provided you send a message at least 24 hours before the first class. If not, you will have to pay for the first session, and you will receive a refund for the remaining classes.

The same rule applies if you wish to stop taking classes at any point during a private or a two-to-one course: we will offer a refund for the remaining classes, but you will have to pay for a class if you do not notify us at least 24 hours before it begins.

In addition, if you are in a two-to-one course and your classmate decides to stop taking classes, you will have to start paying for one-to-one sessions as soon as the other student stops paying for the course.

In the case of group courses, you will receive a 100% refund if you withdraw before the first class. If you decide to stop taking classes after the first session, you will receive a refund for the remaining classes. After the second class, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

Material

Your teacher might suggest buying a book, but this is not compulsory.

Free session

Before you start taking classes, it is necessary to assess your language skills by having an interview with your teacher. This session usually lasts 20-30 minutes, though it may take longer depending on your level. Not only will you be asked to answer questions, but you will also receive a written report of your mistakes, the areas you need to work on and advice on how to do so. If you wish to book one-to-one classes, you will be able to talk about your goals and the teacher will help you to define a clear plan so that you can meet them. In the case of group classes, you will be told about the learning approach and objectives.
